Etihad Airways Completes 5th anniversary in Qatar

This year Etihad Airways completed their 5th year of successful operations in Qatar. This airline was first launched in 2006 in Qatar and since then it has been expanding its business at a steady rate.

The most successful operation for Etihad Airways has been the short flight from Doha International Airport to Abu Dhabi that is connected to 67 destinations all over the world. There has definitely been an amazing increase in the number of passengers as well.
People associated with this airline say that Qatar is definitely a hot place to do business. Not only this, with Qatar winning the bid for 2022 World Cup, Etihad now has put its complete trust on Qatar services.
Etihad Airways is expected to continue with good services in the future as well.

Recently, Qatar hosted representatives of 20 countries who declared that their coalition would not consider its work done until Gaddafi steps down as leader of Libya. Qatar has been actively engaged internationally since 1995, and the country has played an important role in the coalition of nations intervening in Libya's civil unrest.
Poor for much of its history, the discovery of oil and natural gas changed Qatar. Oil wealth and the liberal idea of free speech have riled regional autocrats and given Qatar far greater influence than its size would suggest. Qatar has made its presence felt on the rebel side with military aid and morale boosting. The Qatar-funded Al-Jazeera network that has been credited as a key role in the anti-government protests sweeping North Africa and the Middle East.
